I was arrested for indecent exposure but it wasn't my fault... what should I say in court?

I have a court date in 4 months. I'm not sure what else I'm gonna be charged with. What happened is my brother pulled my jogging pants off in the grocery store, I ended up hiding in the bathroom stall and then an officer showed up. Is it because there were a bunch of kids in the grocery store?
