I nee H-E-L-P! How could I close my daughters Facebook account legally?

If she is under 13, you just have to contact Facebook as you are not allowed to have a Facebook page if you are under 13. If she is over 13 but under 18, you can just force her to deactivate it, no legal statute required. You are the parent and she is the child. Access to social networking sites is a privilege, not a right. (As is personal ownership of any sort of device used to access Facebook - ie a computer or phone.)
