NZ woman told off for breastfeeding in public?

Saw an item in the NZ One news yesterday about a woman who was told she was being indecent by a worker at the cafe she was breastfeeding in. I find this ridiculous. I've been to NZ and their billboards and tv ads are full of sexual innuendo and half-naked people, not to mention their "boobs on bikes" parade. They are very open about such things. How in the world can breastfeeding a hungry baby be indecent?
