Issued summons for indecent exposure Section 245.01?

Hi, last night I was parked in a car with my girlfriend. She was about to start oral sex on me, anyways a squad car pulls up and gives us both a summons for indecent exposure under section 245.01. Neither of us have any kind of record whatsoever. I was just wondering how likely it will be for us to get an ACD? What would the worst case scenario be? Is this something I have to report to my job as well? Any help would be appreciated.
