Supernatural fans: does anyone else feel this way about season 6?

So lately I've kindof felt that Supernatural isn't as good as it was before since they changed the director or whoever it was. I mean, fairies? Come on. Does anyone else feel this way? I thought maybe it could be some sort of Placebo effect thing though, you know, like I'm just imagining it and I wouldn't notice if I hadn't found out. But I did like that mannequin episode, even though the ending was strange. I mean, the car-chasing-Dean scene wasn't really necessery.
