indecent?? he*l no! unless the person wearing it is ginormous or you're wearing it to a funeral. then it would definitely be indecent. unless the bikini was black of course. if the bikini can double as a sheet or a car cover it's definitely indecent. if the thong has enough string to tie up a wild boar it's probably indecent.
