I was found not guilty of indecent assault/gross indecency can i claim compentsation?

i was arrested 30th march 2010 on allegdly indecent assault/gross indecency on 3 family members from the 1980's when i would have been between 12/13 yrs and 15/16 yrs , it went to crown court last week and i was found NOT GUILTY by a jury on a unnannimous decision , can i claim compensation for the trauma myself and my children endured,throughout the past 16months
