I have a border collie and have decided to feed her on a raw meat diet. (Barf) nee advice PLZ....?

Ok so from my pet store i can buy frozen beef, chicken, tripe, turkey and rabbit minced in 400g packs or i could buy it in 2KG packs and also frozen fruit/veg cubes to add to it. The trouble is that i really do not know how much to feed her and how many of the veg/fruit cubes to add. Also would i need to add some like mixer biscuits to this? She is 13 months old and will only eat one meal a day but does have treats etc during the day and afresh dog bone a day. I would love any advice on this pls.
