i am not a lawyer but everything u asked is common since but if a man touches a lady with out her consent pending on where he touches her if its sexual assault or just assault not indecent exposure it is sexual assault if he grabs her in a sexual maner if he tries to pull her clothse off that would be sexual assault as-well as attempt to rape
